Fans for Life

At MLSE, we strive to create lasting positive impressions for all our guests during their visits at our events. Our Fans for Life program focuses on our younger fans who may be attending their first Toronto FC game in order to develop a grassroots relationship between them and our team.

If you’re at an event and want to learn more about the program, please visit one of our Fan Services desks located at Gate 1, Gate 3 or outside Section 207.

Lost and Found

If you have lost an item during an event, please visit a Fan Services Desk (Gate 1, Gate 3 or outside Section 207) before you leave. For all Lost and Found inquiries after the date of the event, please contact BMO Field directly by calling (416) 263-5700

Lost items are inventoried and stored in the Lost and Found room where they are kept for 30 days. Items not claimed within this period will be forwarded to charity.


While there are more than 5000 parking spaces at Exhibition Place, there are also multiple large events that block off many of these spots making parking limited . BMO Field strongly recommends that fans use public transportation. Rates vary from $15- $30, however prices are subject to change based on other events taking place on the grounds.

Wheelchair Escorts

Fan Services is happy to provide a wheelchair escort from the gates to your seat. To inquire on the availability of this service, please contact Fan Services at (416) 815-5982 during regular business hours prior to the date of the event. Please note that we do not do not have wheelchairs that fans may keep for the duration of the event.

Accessible Seating

When available, accessible seats may be purchased through Ticketmaster by phone at 1-855-682-6736 link will place call when on mobile or online at ticketmaster.ca link will launch new tab. Up to four seats may be purchased to accommodate the fan, a support person and guests. Two weeks prior to each game date, any accessible seats that have not been sold will be released for purchase by the general public. It is recommended that fans that require an accessible seat purchase this type of ticket in advance.
