During an Event
- If you lose an item during a ticketed event at BMO Field, please visit a Fan Services booth near Gate 1, Gate 3, or on the Upper Concourse near section 207. If your item has been returned and you are able to identify it, our Fan Services team will ask you to complete the Found Report. If your item has not been returned, we would be more than happy to complete a Lost Report. Found items should be taken to the nearest Fan Services location. All found items are held for 30 days after which they will be donated to an appropriate charity.
After an Event
- All post-event lost and found will be held at Ricoh Coliseum for up to 30 days. If they are not claimed within the 30 days, they will be donated to an appropriate charity. Please contact 416-263-3900 for information on your lost item.
