During Events at BMO Field
Fan Services booths
There are three Fan Services booths at BMO Field, two located on the 100 level near Gates 1 and 3, plus a new location on the 500 Level Upper Concourse by Section 207. Please refer to the Visitor Guide (A-Z) for detailed information on stadium policies and procedures.
Fan Service representatives are available to assist you before, during and after your visit to BMO Field. On event days, our friendly and knowledgeable representatives can be found at three booth locations; inside Gate 1 near the Ticket Office, on the south end near Gate 3, and on the new 500 Level Upper Concourse by Section 207. They are available to assist you with ticket and seating issues, lost and found, lost children, stadium directions as well as general inquiries and concerns.
During a match, Fan Services can also be reached via our GuestAssist text message program. GuestAssist is a text messaging program that allows you, our fans, to instantly communicate with BMO Field Fan Services Staff. Whether your issue is a matter of fan safety and security, maintenance and cleaning or a general fan service question, GuestAssist can help you get answers. On event days, simply text your location and inquiry to 647-933-5354. Your text will be received by our onsite staff that can provide you with the information you need or dispatch others to your location. Currently, this program is only available on game days. Standard text messaging rates apply.

The Board of Governors of Exhibition Place is an agency of the City of Toronto and on behalf of the City manages the Exhibition Place grounds. Through its Chief Executive Officer, the Board oversees the administration and delivery of services for Exhibition Place, including BMO Field to ensure that Exhibition Place provides high-quality and fiscally responsible services to its customers, visitors, attendees, partners and Toronto residents that visit Exhibition Place.
In an effort to continually improve our services and performance, the Board of Governors wants to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to provide compliments and feedback, or make a complaint about services provided by Exhibition Place. The Chief Executive Officer and her Management Team always appreciate feedback and take it seriously as feedback helps to monitor performance and improve services provided by Exhibition Place.
